The role


Our Customer Experience team are empowered to deliver customer centred change across UniSuper.


As a SME in Experience Design your role will be to help realise an uplift in the experience that our Members and employer partners experience when interacting with us. You will help build awareness of methodologies and the benefits associated with it, whilst owning the design activities on your projects.


Partnering with key stakeholders you will guide and influence project solutions with highly considered discovery and design artefacts.


About you


A true CX advocate, you are always striving to be a high performer who is respected and perceived as a trusted advisor within the business, you will have a genuine passion for CX and design.


Your Initiative to drive continuous improvement and collaborate cross functionally are key behaviours that we would love to see coupled with;


  • Strong Influencing, conceptual, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Consistent, simple and elegant UX design skills that takes into account Research, Service Design considerations, customer feedback and best in practice experiences
  • Experience delivering digital experiences
