JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Officer who is process driven and results orientated with strong attention to detail who will report directly to the Human Resource Business Partner. The successful candidate will be able to start immediately for a 3 Month assignment based in Sydney, NSW.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely advice to managers and employees on application of HR Policies, Processes and Procedures
  • Manage daily transactional HR queries inclusive of policies, remuneration, employment changes, enterprise agreements and project compensation.
  • HR administration including contract generation, onboarding, variations, terminations and personnel file maintenance
  • Maintaining organization chart in ADP Organization Management software
  • Reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures as required
  • Support HR Business Partner with annual performance review process, including tracking responses
  • Maintaining HR pages on SharePoint (intranet) & the HR section of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure that all HR controlled documents are reviewed, correct and up to date
  • Supporting Tender process in terms of HR information requests


Required Skills:

  • Previous HR or payroll administration experience
  • Degree qualified or Tertiary qualified in Human Resource Management
  • Must be familiar with HRIS systems and have previous exposure within end to end HR operations.
  • Experience in the construction, infrastructure, oil and gas or resources sectors.
