About Your New Role

Our Business Support team is looking for a recruitment consultant to join our Newcastle office. As a business support recruiter, you will focus on recruiting temporary & permanent employees such as receptionists, administrators, EAs, PAs and call centre professionals.

  • Business Development: build and sustain client relationships
  • Develop candidate attraction strategies
  • Screen and place potential candidates
  • Manage end to end recruitment campaigns
  • Be a subject-matter and market expert

What You Will Need To Exceed

Do you have retail, B2B sales or hospitality experience? Are you ready to start your recruitment career and take your sales skills to the next level?

We are looking for a driven, outgoing professional who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook, seeking new ways to provide solutions within your industry for outstanding results.
