JOB DESCRIPTION

HR Business Partner role supporting the business with HR advice, policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives. Professional Services.

HR Business Partner role working with the leadership team to provide operational and strategic human resources support advice and continuous improvement of HR services. You will have extensive broad HR generalist experience across leadership development, people capability, employee relations, culture and engagement, OH&S and managing employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with stakeholders to provide HR advice and support
  • Translating business strategy into HR strategy, using the appropriate HR solutions
  • Analyse, interpret and recommend market driven remuneration
  • Organisational development, engagement, talent management
  • Contribute consistent and continuous improvement of HR services

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Hands on experience in HR, with demonstrated skills as an HR generalist
  • Proven track record in building organisational effectiveness and talent management
  • Strong skills in senior level stakeholder engagement and relationship building
