Tasks & responsibilities

  • Be responsible for attraction and recruitment across Australia, ensuring brand awareness using relevant on-line platforms and social media
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for each role as they arise, including the implementation of proactive marketing, pipelining and sourcing strategies, enabling a proactive approach to recruitment, looking beyond immediate needs
  • End to end recruitment including sourcing, short listing, interviewing and collection of reference checks / initiation of background screening
  • Source, screen and assess competence of candidates against job specification. Work closely with the recruiting line managers and HR Business Partners to move to offer and on boarding
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (Taleo) and support with enhancements, ensuring it is utilised in an effective and efficient way
  • Building strong partnerships with our Regional HR teams to monitor and report on relevant hiring data, to present current stance and future state for recruitment in the APAC Region
  • Participate and take ownership of various innovative projects centred on resourcing initiatives, such as digitisation/ automation
