  • $122,176 plus superannuation

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and initiating change management support for a portfolio of business change projects to enable the Corporation to achieve strategic objectives. This is a fixed term position until May 2022.

What the role will involve:

  • Lead and initiate the use of Water Corporation Change Management Tools and Frameworks, within the Information Services Branch, to manage project driven changes and ensure successful delivery of IT project outcomes
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholder groups to understand stakeholder needs and, through addressing these needs, ensure project changes are embedded
  • Establish, manage and support change management stakeholder networks, where required
  • Develop a Change Management Strategy for each business change project that provides clear information on the change management approach required to successfully deliver the outcomes of each project
  • Develop, maintain and manage an integrated Project tracking framework for all related change initiatives.

Key skills and experience:

  • Degree or tertiary level qualification in a business related discipline.
  • Substantial experience and demonstrated achievements in applying process, business improvement and change management principles
  • Substantial experience and demonstrated capability in business related Project Management.
  • Considerable experience with leading the implementation of change in a large commercial organization
