Vidaura (www.vidaura.com.au) has a mission to bring Hospitality recruitment into the 21st century by using advanced video technology to screen candidates and automate, what is currently, a highly labor intensive process.


The Company is now 18 months old and has relationships with brands like The Sydney Collective and Merivale. The platform is fast becoming the accepted way for Companies like these to showcase their venues through the use of promotional videos that attract the best talent who then submit their own video to apply, instead of sending a resume.


With a proven model in place and an increasing number of successfully placed employees, the need has now arisen for a Hospitality recruiter to help us fill the more senior roles that the venues are looking for such as Duty Managers and Food and Beverage Managers.


This will be a standalone role with plenty of support internally and a team of VAs in the Phillipines that will help with any administrative tasks, leaving you to focus on resourcing and further developing the strong relationships Vidaura already has with the client base.


There is no shortage of demand as the client base is already proving to be sticky and this is a role that will evolve into much more than a 360 degree recruiter as the business pivots towards being a fully function Saas platform in the near future.

To be successful you must have at least 2 years' experience as a Hospitality recruiter and a pro-active, entrepreneurial mindset.
