Full Job Description
Based in UniSA International at 101 Currie Street
Full-time, fixed term contract until 31 October 2022
Commencement Salary: $80,477 per annum (plus superannuation)

About the Role

With a direct reporting line to the Manager: International Recruitment, the International Recruitment Officer will be responsible for the design, implementation, coordination and delivery of onshore international recruitment activities, which subsequently achieve strategic growth in international student numbers across our regions of responsibility.

Core Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement international recruitment plans and initiatives
Manage recruitment activities, including agents and representatives within protocol, policy and legislative guidelines
Provide input and advice into the planning and forecasting processes
Identify and recommend potential new markets and business development opportunities
Develop and maintain high level relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Essential Skills and Experience

Appropriate tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related fields, or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills
Proven ability in developing and executing innovative recruitment activities
Demonstrated project management skills including experience in targeted market research, sound investigative abilities, advanced writing and reporting skills and an analytical approach to creative thinking style
Demonstrated ability to think creatively to identify and connect with new opportunities to generate increased market share
Strong and confident communication and interpersonal attributes
