The HR Business Partner role:
You will contribute to the quality and credibility of the HR function by providing customer service of the highest standard work collaboratively with senior executives and managers, other HR Business Partners and assisting the Manager in the planning and coordination of overall human resource and recruitment operations. Working on a key hr project focused on recruitment strategies and processes.

You will build effective relationships with Line Managers to ensure a sound understanding of the HR needs and issues related to those programs, work with specialist roles and portfolios to resolve issues and support implementation of people and culture based initiatives. You will support the organisation during times of change and provide leadership where these changes impact their people.

Creating and writing a wide range of HR and Recruitment policies and procedures.
Developing the recruitment process; coaching and guiding line managers on how to effectively recruit for their growing teams.
Offering advice and guidance to line managers in relation to any people related matters. This can include; performance management, employee relations, employee engagement and training and development.
Creating a smooth onboarding process for new starters joining the business.

To be successful in this role you will bring:
Strong HR Business Partnering experience, with a demonstrated history working within a government environment
Experience working with a technical, fast paced, high volume workforce would be highly advantageous.
Tertiary qualification in HR or business-related discipline.
Current National Police clearance (completed within the last 12 months )
