This is a great opportunity for a personable, energetic and commercially orientated Talent Acquisition Partner to develop your strategic, innovative and forward-thinking approach to recruitment.

Due to ongoing expansion, our client is looking for a TA Consultant with high volume recruitment experience who thrives in a busy, hands on role.

The Role:
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you are focused on looking at the long term needs of the organisation by market mapping and building talent pools in readiness for future recruitment. In addition, you will be delivering high quality, tactical and forward thinking recruitment outcomes to your dedicated client group. Partnering with Line Managers and internal customers to ensure resources, skills and talent needs are ahead of the rest. You will continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find and deliver an innovative approach to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of the assessment process.

Proven experience in recruitment from an agency, RPO and/or internal setting
Ability to adapt to standardised recruitment strategies as well as creative recruiting strategies
End to end generalist sourcing experience across a wide range of roles across Corporate Support functions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to holding yourself accountable to stakeholders whilst maintaining a consultative approach and working style
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and fluctuating workload with a willingness to assist your team when required
Experience with effective talent-pooling and building pipelines for complex role requirements
Proven experience in developing, implementing and delivering, in partnership with key stakeholders, talent acquisition processes and tools including at an executive level.
Demonstrated ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high quality service.
Experience and success working with senior stakeholders in a complex and transforming organisation
Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements

To be considered for this role you must have a passion for recruitment and the ability to manage a high-volume workload. You will be comfortable in providing examples where you have successfully added value to the business through innovative sourcing, created on-going pipeline for critical roles and implementing leading practice recruitment strategies.
