Amazon is seeking a skilled, motivated and customer obsessed Program Coordinator with a history of high performance and creativity to support our Launch Learning Programs on our Emerging Countries Operations Leadership Development Team. The Program Coordinator organizes and supports various Operations Leadership Development programs to promote the learning and development of Amazon Operations leadership. This position is responsible for collaborating with our operational stakeholders across the globe to coordinate and organize training events, programs and initiatives. In addition to collaborating with members of our Learning and Talent Development team, the coordinator must build effective working relationships with our partners in WW Operations, HR, WHS, LP, corporate leaders, various outside vendors and our learners to deliver on our customer promise.

We expect the Program Coordinator to be a passionate customer and learner advocate, to communicate clearly and concisely in a way which motivates others to action, to have proven capabilities in managing projects as well as to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage, often competing, priorities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for customer experience, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to continuously improve the process of implementing Launch Learning Products. This position would focus on constructing new learning programs/products along with the logistics for and delivering of the Launch Learning Products to the newest launch buildings in varied locations throughout the world.


Coordination and Implementation of Launch Learning Products: Demonstrate professionalism and mastery of core job duties and accept increasing levels of responsibility for independently administering Launch Learning Products and other assigned programs.
· Construct the logistics to deliver Launch Learning programs for new Operations site launches across the world.
· Coordinate the logistics of Launch Learning Programs for all new launch sites including new country launches.
· Partner with WW Operations Launch Sites to communicate new product offerings and programmatic updates.
· Partner with WW Operations to action feedback on product offerings and make recommendations for changes based on customer need
· Partner with auxiliary faculty and internal Operations Talent Development team to coordinate facilitators for the Launch Learning Product offerings.
· Partner with business partners including Recruiting, ERC, HelpDesk, IT, HR and others to trouble shoot issues before, during and after learning events to deliver an excellent customer experience.
· Work with the WW Launch team to enable Launch Learning Product offerings.
· Communicate process variability and defects appropriately to minimize negative impact on customer experience.
· Identify new solutions for existing training and work with the Launch Learning team to update product offerings.
· Create new solutions based on business need and prioritized by positive impact to the business.
· Analyze Launch Learning data to troubleshoot and identify improvements to current product offering.
Learning Registration & Measurement: Coordinators must become proficient in using our Learning Management System and Portal in order to maintain courses, offerings, registration, waitlists, and to run reports. Track and efficiently manage training registration and help to establish documented and streamlined training registration processes.
Success Measurement: Coordinators assist in distribution, construction and analysis of learning evaluations and produce summary reports of participant feedback which assist in continuous improvement efforts.
Communications: Manage communications for manager training programs.
· Manage participant information.
· Execute learning processes using SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and our Learning Management System.
· Maintain our web and SharePoint sites as well as other process systems with current information about programs, events and performance support materials.
· Effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the organizational hierarchy to ensure learning content and information is accurate and current.
· Consult with learners and their leaders regarding learning attendance and experiences.

Process Improvement: Coordinators demonstrate an understanding of how complex problems work, then find, develop and document simple solutions.

This role will be a virtual role based in Australia. The preferred home location would be Melbourne or Sydney area.
This role will require up to 50% domestic travel, and the potential for international travel.

Base Salary: $90,000


· Completed Bachelor’s degree or 2 years Amazon experience
· At least 3 years of work experience with career progression in the field of training and development.
· At least 2 years of learning facilitation experience
· Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information, verbally and in writing, concisely and in a manner which drives people to take action.
· Demonstrated ability to influence others and execute in a customer-centric manner.
· Experience planning and coordinating training, large meetings or events.
· Experience with Outlook, MS Excel, Word and Learning Management Systems.
· Ability to handle multiple projects, often with conflicting deadlines.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills - must display patience, humor and helpfulness at all times.
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding personnel information.
· Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.


· Degree in a relevant field such as business, education, organizational development, etc.
· Initiative to do whatever it takes to get things done and quickly resolve unanticipated problems.
· Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills; accuracy is essential.
