Exciting opportunity to join Human Resources and directly contribute to strengthening Stockland’s place within the community. The HR Coordinator is responsible for delivering professional HR administration and coordination across all HR related activities and accurate guidance and support to our employees in relation to HR policies, procedures/ processes and systems.

You will provide a high standard of customer service when responding to first level queries and maintain data integrity across systems and documentation. You will also have the opportunity to work in collaboration with stakeholders and partner with the broader HR team to drive ongoing process improvement and identify ways to enhance the employee experience.

About you

  • Experience in HR/Administration, contact centre or similar customer service discipline;
  • Knowledge of and experience in interpreting and working with industrial instruments (Awards/Agreements) would be highly regarded;
  • Experience in SharePoint and intranet page management;
  • Experience working in a fast paced, team environment governed by SLAs;
  • Strong customer service focus, with good problem solving skills and a commitment to achieving quality outcomes;
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
