Provide support for services specialized in SAP and SuccessFactors Systems and Solution landscapes. The Service Manager is responsible for supporting the Service Director in managing their service to ensure their consultants can successfully deliver high-quality implementations. The span of activities include, but not limited to, resource allocation, training, service delivery, quality assurance, and project financial adherence. Serve as an industry subject matter expert, manage client relationships and work on high-visibility projects.

Essential Functions

  • Manage a team of consultants with SuccessFactors and SAP knowledge in a common area.
  • Mentor consultants, conduct performance reviews and improve consultant performance.
  • Participate in the determination of how we implement modules, including presales documentation, discovery, and sizing.
  • Delivers SuccessFactors and/or SAP projects as a Subject Matter Expert, gathering and analyzing the clients’ Human Resources business requirements and objectives.
  • Configure and design the SF system configuration based on Human Resources best practices.
  • Maintain one’s own professional development including continuous learning of new lines of Human Resources business and SuccessFactors products/technologies.
  • Accurately track your own time and expenses.
  • Provide guidance that supports employee career development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Business.
  • Associate/ Professional SuccessFactors certifications in two or more modules such as RCM, RMK, LMS, EC, or WFA.
  • 3 – 5 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience.
  • 3 – 5 years in a Human Resources and/or business role with experience in key HR functions.
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience leading teams.
