The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) has the public responsibility for managing one of the largest and the most successful stadiums in Australia and the world – the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). A newly created job opportunity has become available in the MCC People & Culture team, for an experienced HR & Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator. This role reports to the Executive Manager HR and will provide HR/L&D co-ordination and administrative support to the People & Culture team which includes the HR, Recruitment & L&D functions. The role also provides Team Assistant & HR systems administration support.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have solid experience as an administrator or coordinator working in a busy professional environment (ideally in a HR/L&D/Recruitment team). Outstanding MS Office skills are essential as well as the ability to understand & work with systems. In addition you will be highly organised, discreet and have demonstrated confidentiality and diplomacy skills. This role requires a strong delivery focus and attention to detail, great customer service skills and a sense of pride in your work and team output.

This role requires a degree of flexibility with occasionally working when required on weeknights/weekends to assist with recruitment and training of new staff/induction program to support department needs as required.


Flexible work practices are also available. This is a full time role but we will consider a part time 4 days per week role dependent candidate.
