Tigerspike Melbourne is looking for a HR Generalist reporting directly to the Head of People Solutions at Concentrix Tigerspike. You'll work with a group of problem solvers who work collaboratively across Concentrix Tigerspike projects and client accounts. Concentrix Tigerspike Melbourne is currently remote until we move into our brand new office in a few weeks, but don’t you worry we still have the same awesome vibe! You will

  • Work alongside the local ANZ Leadership team along with collaborating with the Global People Solutions team on strategy
  • Be the go-to for all People/HR related queries including but not limited to - VISA request, starters, and finishers, exit interviews, engagement surveys, communication of policy change
  • Partner with business leaders to manage the end to end employee lifecycle, including attracting and hiring key talent, orientation, onboarding, development, performance management, engagement, talent planning, and off-boarding
  • Provide broad-scale HR consulting and solutions to business leaders to support the overall strategy and direction of the business
  • Provide guidance and coaching to organization leadership on employee relations issues, ensuring a consistent approach and application of all company policies and processes
  • Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement to increase retention, employee engagement and develop a culture consistent with the company's vision, mission & values
  • Monitor workplace practices to ensure full compliance of applicable employment laws; provide interpretation and guidance of existing policies as needed
  • Facilitate conflict resolution measures and corrective action/ disciplinary processes as needed
  • Champion the Tigerspike Concentrix vision, culture and People Solutions brand while providing mentoring, coaching, thought leadership and functional expertise to senior management
You have
  • 4-6 + Years of Experience in an HR or similar People Solutions role
  • Experience working with the Google and/or Microsoft suite of tools
  • Experience communicating across Microsft Teams and /or Slack
  • Experience with Workday preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to effectively present information to internal and external team stakeholders
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Nice to have - experience in a Digital/IT environment
