Do you have the following skills, capabilities, and experience?

  • Minimum 3 years practical experience in a HR Admin, Generalist or Advisory role.
  • Sound knowledge of current employment and workplace legislation and regulations as well as contemporary human resource practices, policies, and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and promote HR practices and adherence to legislative compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in a range of HR employee matters, including but not limited to employment, award compliance, disciplinary action, grievances, performance management, discrimination, redeployment, change management, policies, and associated documents.
  • Ability to contribute towards the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to meet the organisation's needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with complex HR matters such as workplace conflict, performance, disciplinary matters and return to work, as well as providing strategic HR solutions
