About the role:


With the continued success of our existing and new brands at Mantel Group, we are growing our Talent team across Australia & New Zealand. 


  • You will play a pivotal role in attracting awesome, talented individuals to join Mantel Group and ensure they have the best possible experience throughout the recruitment and attraction process.
  • You'll ensure the business is well supported in their projected growth plans by providing end-to-end recruitment solutions as well as developing sourcing methods to proactively attract & build sustainable talent pools which will allow us to be the best in the market at what we do! :)
  • You will provide advice & guidance to the CEO & CTO relating to workforce planning, current market salary expectations and candidate demand/ availability.
  • This is a growing business so provides a great opportunity to shape the recruitment process with your creativity and innovation.


About you:


  • Previous experience as an internal Talent Acquisition Partner within the tech industry (happy to chat if you have agency experience as long as it's within the tech and digital space)
  • A passion for technology as well as an understanding of different role types ie. Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Data or Analytics 
  • Experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with proven ability to manage several roles at once, prioritise work & work under pressure to meet tight timeframes
  • A self-starter who is hands on and knows how to find answers and work with ambiguity
  • Values driven and practical in your approach
