About the role:

This role will see you:

  • Manage end-end recruitment for all corporate positions located in our Australian and Indonesian offices, including graduate recruitment in both countries.
  • Develop and operationally implement a talent attraction strategy aligned with the APAC partnership’s strategic objectives.
  • Coordinating our internal resource allocation process, partnering with the regional leadership team to determine current and future workforce needs.
  • Address any resourcing gaps through strategic reallocation of resources or external recruitment.
  • Produce high-quality shortlists and information packs for hiring managers to ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
  • Provide strategic recruitment advice to APAC’s project teams in relationto recruitment across the Pacific region.
  • Provide coaching, training, or mentoring on interview skills, ATS (applicant tracking system) use and ad-writing to a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion strategies.

About Your Experience:

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • A successful track record in an agency or internal recruitment environment; handling multiple positions concurrently. Experience within a professional services setting will be highly regarded, as will prior exposure to resource allocation in a project management context.
  • A proven ability to manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders, ensuring commercially astute prioritisation of vacancies and recruitment activities.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with an ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound commercial acumen, with the ability to link talent attraction and resourcing requirements to the strategic direction of the business.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the capability to convert complex position descriptions into attractive advertisements.
  • Ability to work independently, developing attraction strategies and being responsible for operational recruitment on a day-to-day basis.
  • Willingness to participate in global meetings outside of normal business hours were required
