Client Details

We are seeking candidates for the position of Payroll and HR Assistant for our client. You will be based in their office in Yeppoon and handle payroll and HR administrations.


The key responsibilities and duties:

  • Processing regular and adhoc payroll
  • Reconciliation and check balances of payroll reports
  • Resolve payroll queries in a timely manner
  • Maintain employee records
  • Assist recruitment process and prepare employment contracts
  • Update HR policies when required
  • Any other duties as requested


In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:

  • Previous payroll and HR administration experience
  • Strong administrative skills and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • An ability to work in a team environment
