About The Role

To coordinate the administrative function of the recruitment team ensuring the recruitment process is compliant, efficient and effective. This role will be responsible for candidate background checking, contract management, talent pool and tier 1 HR support to the organisation.

Key duties include;

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment partners in advertising, applicant management and process control, screening, short-listing and assessing candidates, management of the recruitment database.
  • Candidate management of talent pools in the recruitment database
  • Facilitate selection centres for high-volume blue-collar recruitment
  • Updating and maintaining the integrity of people data in HRIS systems
  • Monitoring staff compliance checks are current and following up with staff where required to obtain new checks
  • Coordinate reporting for HR, Payroll and Recruitment
What you need?
  • 2+ years recruitment/HR administration experience in blue collar environment
  • Recruitment software experience - PageUp People (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail, fast learner and ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Ability to build positive rapport with and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent oral / written communication & presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills to deliver combined solutions that align with the strategic needs of the business
  • Flexibility to travel to site on occasion
