What's the role?

  • Own a full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing and building relationships with candidates, guiding candidates through the interview cycle, and managing the offer and negotiation process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business partners to understand business objectives, and identify recruiting strategies to address them
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
  • Source, interview, and evaluate candidates in a timely manner while always providing a positive candidate experience
  • Drive the offer process, including negotiating and closing candidates on offers
  • Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as brand ambassador when representing Spencer-Ogden
  • Keep up with latest market trends and make recommendations accordingly.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of proven success doing in-house or agency hiring
  • Previous experience recruiting for APAC or in a global function is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: ability to build and maintain lasting relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to work autonomously and think on your feet
  • Passion for identifying and attracting top talent
  • Team-player and collaborative mind-set
  • Exceptional relationship building & customer relation skills
  • Ambitious and resilient individuals with a great sense of personal drive
