Full Job Description
A number of opportunities are available for highly skilled recruitment specialists to join a large government organisation. No Baseline? No worries!

Working as part of the recruitment team, your responsibilities will include managing recruitment processes and in particular looking at process improvement and ensuring legislative compliance. You will also need to develop and maintain candidate care initiatives as well as case manage complex recruitment matters.

Ideally you will have relevant experience and knowledge of end to end recruitment processes, the current recruiting market and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaboration, strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency will be important personal traits. Other aspects of the roles include:

creating, modifying and refining recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and legislative compliance;
developing and maintaining candidate care standards and impact monitoring of candidate care initiatives;
engaging in review and quality assurance activities;
liaising with internal stakeholders to provide specialist assistance and possible approaches to achieve desired recruitment outcomes; and
researching possible recruitment strategies and approaches.

These positions are for an initial period of 4-6 months with the view to extend and will require the successful candidates to hit the ground running in a busy recruitment team.
