Full Job Description
Be part of a team dedicated to developing and managing leadership and talent programs across a government large organisation

Our client is a large government department committed to ongoing learning and development, leadership, talent and capability development of all employees. We are currently seeking and APS 5 and APS 6 to join their busy Capability team with responsibility for supporting and managing learning programs and solutions in a fast-paced learning and development environment.

These roles are responsible for developing and managing leadership and talent programs across the organisation. Key responsibilities involve reviewing and evaluating leadership and talent programs and preparing resources and communication material. Regular stakeholder engagement and consistent team collaboration is critical to the success of these roles.

To be successful for these exciting positions you will need:
Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of leadership and/or talent programs.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
High level verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with a Learning Management System.

Contracts of 6 months with the view to extend are on offer.

Australian Citizenship is required due to security clearance requirements.
