HR Operations Partner - 4 days or 5 days per week - flexible - sydney - global organisation


Your new company
This large, global organisation is a market leader in technological solutions and innovation. Working within their Australian Head office you will play a key role within their HR Operations Team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the delivery of case management services and implementation support of the annual cycle of HR campaign activities. You will provide advice, coaching and support to Line Managers on people management issues with a focus on performance management, dealing with complaints, grievances, and disciplinary processes.

You will provide implementation support to change programs and initiatives, projects and execute HR lifecycle processes across performance appraisals, career discussions and succession planning.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong performance management and ER experience including case management, gained from a large, complex organisation, ideally within an industrial or technical industry. You will be an exceptional communicator and possess strong coaching skills. You will be working with stakeholders at all levels across different locations and divisions so will need to demonstrate evidence of your excellent stakeholder management skills. Working in a small team you will be collaborative and a real team player.
