About The Role

Working for a large logistic and supply chain company who pride themselves on building supply chain solutions across the world. As an ER Advisor, you will be driving best practice for employee relations across 3000 employees and leaders. A great opportunity, working for an exciting company with some great projects in play.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Agreement negotiations
  • Ensuring positive relationships with unions and other associated parties
  • Advising and coaching stakeholders on Enterprise Agreement application, ER and IR matter, policy and procedure and more
  • Leading and assisting the HR team with ER matters
  • Proactively engaging with colleagues and stakeholders to affecting implement and manage best practices and manage industrial arrangements
  • Prepare and facilitate training around a range of HR topics


About You

The ideal candidate is someone who has had experience working in the ER/IR space and has a thorough understanding of enterprise agreements. This candidate will also have a sound knowledge of blue and white collar industries.

Previous Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience working in a similar HR role with ER responsibility
  • Must have tertiary qualifications in ER or HR
  • A strong understanding of ER, enterprise agreements, policies, procedures and legislation
  • Strong work ethic, strong communication and ability to work with key company stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task and me competitive deadlines
  • Ideally will have experience working across both blue and white collar industries
