McArthur is a specialist Consulting firm that operates in the Government, Not for Profit and Commercial Sectors. We are 50 years young, family owned and enjoy a high level of staff retention, both internally and with our large contractor and temporary employee workforce.

In July we move into our brand-new offices on Swan St Richmond, where we will work in an open plan and collaborative environment. We're very excited about this.

Part of the growth of McArthur see's us recruiting a new role in our HR Consulting Practice. We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Head of HR Consulting on HR related projects and campaigns.

Commonly this can include data analysis of pulse surveys we use with clients, production of proposals and pitch documents when generating new business, customer service and business development support with our consulting team and of course, normal administrative tasks which includes handling client enquiries and follow up, managing daily incoming emails and other general office administrative tasks.
