The primary responsibility of the Client Manager is to provide day to day support to Managers and Directors across a range of accounts and create meaningful impact on our client’s businesses. The role includes Designing Interview Guides, Conducting In depth Interviews and Moderating Focus groups, presentations and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as project management.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

Managing Client Relationships

Managing Projects

  • Project Management
  • Qualitative fieldwork including IDI’s and Focus Groups
  • Managing Timelines
  • ISO requirements
  • Best Practice Operational Execution of Research Projects

Delivering Analysis to Generate Insights

  • Analysis of qualitative research, drawing insights and conclusions and strategic recommendations from the research
  • Report Writing
  • Inspiring Presentations and Workshops

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • A curious mine
  • 2 - 4 years proven experience in Qualitative research and insights
  • Brand and advertising knowledge and a passion for these areas
  • Degree qualified
  • Strong attention to detail and a can do attitude
