Reporting to the HR Manager; this newly created role will be assisting in therecruitment process, employee queries, building relationships with all external and internal clients and supporting the HR department and receptionist with various administrative tasks. 


The responsibilities of this role will entail:

  • Assisting recruitment process - place job adverts, shortlisting/screening candidates, pre-employment checks
  • Assisting onboarding process - including orientation, inductions and reviews
  • Updating employee records across multiple HR systems and reports
  • Managing inbound queries
  • Producing reports as required by management; and other ad hoc HR/administrative duties including event management/initiatives
  • Provide support to receptionist - including attending switchboard, greet clients, travel bookings, and facilities management as required


You will need to possess:

  • A recent graduate or at least one years experience in an Administration/Recruitment environment
  • Experience in a similar role (including recruitment experience) will be highly regarded
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Exceptional Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is able to meet tight deadlines whilst performing under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
