We are seeking an energetic individual with previous experience in HR and establishing strong client and stakeholder relationships, to join us as the HR Manager for Re.Cycle. You will be based at Re.Cycle’s brand-new material recovery facility (MRF) in the south of Adelaide.

Re.Cycle is a part of Re.Group, an Australian owned company, focused on providing solutions for recycling and recovery of resources from waste. Their vision is to create a wasteless society; where all resources that become waste are reused and are not disposed.

As the successful candidate, you will be accountable for providing consistent high-quality HR advice, support and administration assistance to the Re.Cycle business, it’s MRFs and employees. You will be the first point of contact for all things relating to their HR operations e.g. recruitment, labour hire, employee relations, performance management, employee discipline and staff training and development.
