A Recruitment Coordinator role with real work-life balance! 3 month opportunity with possibility of extension


Your new company
A facilities management organisation located in one of Melbourne’s south-eastern coastal suburbs.

Your new role
Reporting to the general manager, this role will see you perform a variety of responsibilities to support the business with regards to recruitment in both the blue- and white-collar spaces. This will include

  • Posting advertisements and reviewing response
  • Phone screening, short-listing and arranging interviews
  • Arranging pre-employment and background checks and screening
  • Administrative support of recruitment processes


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Strong recruitment experience, ideally working on varied blue- and white-collar roles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • An ability to work with various stakeholders
