About the Team

Our People & Culture team, that partners with our business to contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and operational HR solutions for a high performing organisation. Our strategic agenda has been set and over the coming years we have large scale transformation projects being rolled out across the business. This role involves supporting our people to develop capability, strengthen our organisational culture and employee engagement, while also managing the systems and processes that support everyone who works at CPA Australia. We are a high energy, fast paced, lean team, that support and celebrate each other as well as our stakeholders.

About the Opportunity

In this fixed term contract, you will partner with multiple EGMs and Business Groups across CPA to support them with all facets of People & Culture. This includes People Strategies, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organisational Development, Talent, Recruitment, Remuneration & Rewards and Culture

With a strong transformation agenda, this role is vital in supporting our people as they progress through the change. Our senior leaders will look to you for coaching on best practice people management policies, handling difficult conversations, employee relations and how to lead strategy through people.

You will be empowered to take a seat at the leadership table for your internal stakeholders with a view to providing actionable advice and support to drive our People Experience and Strategic Objectives.

About You

  • Relevant qualifications in a Human Resources or related field
  • Strong People & Culture Business Partnering experience in Corporate environment
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and working with senior leaders on best practice people management
  • Experience working in a period of change or transformation is a must
  • Managing end to end employee relations cases with limited supervision
  • Lead complex design and structural change work
  • An ability and willingness to manage difficult conversations where needed
  • Pride yourself on your interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders
