The position of Senior Recruitment Consultant is to be filled by a recruiter with over 5 years experience in the industry or a professional who has worked in projects services across the Commerce & Industry space who enjoys working with a highly supportive team to develop and deliver strategic solutions to our clients. The role will suit a candidate with hands on Project Services industry knowledge, excellent communication skills and an ability to influence at a senior level.

Major Responsibilities:

  • identify and win new clients;
  • further develop existing clients;
  •  provide strategic advice on how to attract talent and build effective teams;
  • responsible for advertising, interviewing, matching, placing, and after-placement care;
  • prepare job descriptions and advise candidates on preparation of resumes;
  •  work closely within a team to delivery end to end recruitment services;
  •  play a pivotal role in the expansion on project services across Commerce and Industry clients;
  •  exercise your industry networking experience to determine the best approach to attract the best quality clients and candidates.

Education and Experience:

  •  tertiary qualifications in business related disciplines (Business, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent employment experience;
  •  5+ years experience within the recruitment industry

Skills and Attributes:

  •  ability to manage large and complex clients, and be able to demonstrate your successes in these clients;
  • solid understanding of Project Services and Transformation
  •  consultative approach to business development and client retention is essential;
  • commercial acumen and ability to make the decisions which can push your business forward;
  • experience in permanent sales is essential.
