Talent Acquisition Specialist - NSW


Aware are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team in Sydney. In this role you will be responsible for internal recruitment of candidates across Salesforce and Data and Analytics technologies, as well as back office functions. You will be working with the Head of People and Culture, Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to resource, interview, hire and onboard candidates of all levels, to support the growth of Aware. 

This is a full time, permanent position.


The right person for this role will have:


  • A consultative and collaborative approach to recruitment
  • A can do attitude to finding exceptional candidates in niche markets
  • The ability to understand resourcing requirements and match candidates to the role
  • Experience managing end to end recruitment and placements of 4-6 candidates per month
  • A background in IT recruitment for roles such as consultants, developers, architects across technologies such as Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, Collibra and Snowflake/similar
  • The ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to become a trusted advisor for recruitment trends
  • Experience with attracting and qualifying passive candidates in the job market through channels such as LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search and referrals
  • Experience articulating the Employee Value Proposition to candidates in a clear and concise way
  • An understanding of how candidate experience and drivers can influence company culture
