This lead role works across the People function and the business to identify, design and deliver individual, team and enterprise-wide strategic People programs and initiatives. The position is responsible for leading strategic growth and workforce development at EML, focusing on Talent and Leadership tools, programs and frameworks.

The role is crucial in engaging multiple stakeholders to create, embed and manage ongoing impactful solutions aligned to best practice and the People function strategy, delivering greater performance and business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of an organisational development strategy of initiatives focused on talent, leadership insights and interventions based on data insights that drive business performance
  • Utilise organisational diagnostic tools to identify organisational development priorities
  • Develop, implement, forecast and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of a portfolio of People initiatives and projects.
  • Oversee capability projects and initiatives, ensuring requirements, milestones and deliverables are sustainably achieved, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources to achieve objectives effectively.
  • Manage projects end to end to ensure scope, requirements, milestones and deliverables are sustainably achieved, and effectively measured.

About You
  • Experience working at both a leadership and a strategic level of contemporary learning and development / organisational development in medium to large organizations.
  • Experience and qualifications in HR, Psychology or Organisational Development
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, leading a team to achieve deadlines
  • Commercially astute with strong conceptual and analytical skills
