Immediate Start - 3 months role
Melbourne CBD
Immediate start for a HR Admin / Scheduling Assistant.

We are looking for a strong administrator to join a Melbourne based oraganisation with an immediate start for a 3 month role!

Duties will include

Email Management - Across a centralised recruitment and training inbox responding to requests for changes to training dates, enrolling employees in training, recruitment queries etc.
Scheduling - booking people in for upcoming training (and then change requests as required)
Support recruitment - follow up on email enquiries, booking in interview times, coordinate availability with panels (and communicate with candidates as needed
What you will bring

Experience within a HR Admin support role
Ability to work autonomously and in a virtual environment
Strong MS Office skills, including advanced excel
Experience in recruitment software (PageUp would be advantageous)
