Your new role
In your new role as Project coordinator you will be based in one of our CBD office and embark upon the first stage of your career – which includes structure learning and development together with on the job coaching from experience and successful managers.

On a day to day basis, you will be supporting a team of 6 consultants helping them with day to day administration duties, helping advertising positions on relevant job boards, speaking to our contractors pool ensuring their placement is going well, dealing with new candidates for potential job opportunities, carrying out face to face interviews, using Vendor management systems and any other adhoc duties. This role requires team work but also autonomy and initiative. You will have the opportunity to make the job your own and progress into a associate consultant role if you would like to take your career in this direction.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Have outstanding communication skills
  • Confident on a computer, able to use basic Microsoft programs, able to pick other software systems up easily.
  • Enjoy working in an administration function
  • Enjoy working in a competitive and ambitious environment
  • Happy to go the extra miles
  • Be passionate about working in recruitment or be willing to learn and build a rewarding career in recruitment
