About the Role:

Reporting to the Talent Aquisition Partner you will be responsible for coordinating and administrating recruitment activities to ensure recruitment is seamless and compliance is achieved. This role assists with end to end recruitment, development of employment contracts and on-boarding. This is a long term casual FT assignment with a view of moving into a permanent position.

About You:
  • Previous recruitment experience including end to end recruitment
  • Experience in bulk or mass recruitment coordination including assessment centres
  • An understanding of visa restrictions and employment legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated
  • Customer service focused
