The People and Culture Executive Department is responsible to support the capability and engagement of the organisation’s workforce, as well as, providing operational and strategic policies, procedures, programs and specialised advice and support to achieve organisational objectives and legislative compliance.

About The Position

The Learning and Development Consultant is responsible for the delivery of employee learning, development, and training needs as well as managing the performance planning and development cycle, induction, and reward and recognition programs.
  • Learning and Development initiatives including designing and facilitating learning content and workshops
  • Management of the LMS and e-learning library
  • Performance Planning and Development Cycle
  • Corporate Induction program
  • Reward and Recognition program
Skills

And Experience
  • Experience in Learning Management Systems, although not essential, experience with PageUp will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and facilitation of learning and development programs
  • Proven communication skills to collaborate with others
  • Proven project management experience in the development and implementation of multiple projects
  • Highly developed skills in the management of time, setting priorities and planning to meet objectives and achieve outcomes
  • Experience in a fast paced and complex organisation
Requirement Of The Position
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Learning and Development or Organisational Development with relevant work experience or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
