Full Job Description
Our client located on the North Side of Brisbane are currently seeking an experienced HR Admin for an immediate start, this is a temporary assignment for 4-6 weeks however this could turn into a longer term opportunity for the right person!

Located in Albion
Monday to Friday hours between 8.30am to 5pm (however some flexibility around this)
4-6 week initial contract however the potential for this to turn into a longer term opportunity for the right candidate

Role Overview:
HR Administrator required for a short-term contract to assist with our clients end of year busy period. This role will be working closely and providing administration support to the People and Culture Advisor.

Duties involve but not limited to:
Working closely with management to draft position descriptions
Advertising vacancies
Screening adverts
Arranging and setting up interviews/sitting in on interviews with management
Reference checking
Preparing contracts
Drafting and sending out remuneration letters
General HR administration tasks

About you:
Prior experience working in a HR admin role
Strong administration skills
Prior experience working in recruitment role or studying HR is an advantage
