Logistics Coordinator

Things We’ll Trust You With:

  • Ensure people, plant and equipment, depot facilities and inventory controls inclusive of stores operations are employed in a safe manner, and furthermore, all operational activities are performed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard in accordance with customer service requirements and service standards.
  • Understand and implement operational activities in accordance with relevant corporate strategy, policies and procedures, including applicable government legislative requirements.

Things You’ll Do:

  • Demonstrate leadership and manage the day to day logistical operational responsibilities of the unit.
  • Provide support in facilitating Councils combined operational response to emergency management & business continuity incidents.
  • Operational WHS fleet safety improvements through the implementation of training and competency compliance requirements in partnership with Councils Corporate Support teams.

The Fine Print:

  • Package: $80,974 - $85,836 gross p.a. plus superannuation
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full Time, 35 hours per week with option for 19 day month. May be required to support in emergency related matters outside of normal business hours and occasional weekends.
