A bit about our Client:

Our client, is a globally recognised brand in the Healthcare Sector providing a full range of medical services into multiple sites, right across Victoria. Based in Southbank, the corporate office is staffed by an amazing team of focused and highly effective operational professionals. More specifically, the People and Culture team are highly engaged and motivated, operating on the front line to ensure they attract the best possible healthcare professionals. Currently they have a unique opportunity to appoint a Recruitment Business Partner who will join a team that is performing strongly, building solutions and supporting each other’s development. Building brand presence is high on the agenda and this role will be pivotal in working to enhance the brand that underpins the strategic plan moving ahead.

And a bit about you:

Undoubtedly, you will be someone who is "one step ahead!" You may currently be a Recruitment officer or Co Ordinator who loves volume recruitment, manage the recruitment function and challenge themselves. Looking to add your next great role to the CV and reap the benefit of being mentored by effective leadership. We envision you will be a strategic thinker who can operate effectively, thinking outside the square to locate the talent required. You will have assistance of course and there is an opportunity to influence others, creating a team environment where all members feel their contribution is valued. Supporting the team and the HRM, you will be a master at stakeholder management, able to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Coming from internal or Agency situation you must be capable of driving the volume recruitment function.


A typical day might include:

Handling volume healthcare recruitment, taking briefs, shortlisting, and working with TL’s and professionals to mentor them through the behavioral interviewing processes. There is an expectation you will work in semi search channels to affect superior outcomes. You might be working on driving supplier review processes or look at refining the recruitment function. Along the way you will also assist in driving routine training right across the organization. There will certainly be projects and challenges with the scope to build your repertoire. 

It would be great if you have:

  • Significant volume recruitment experience.
  • High-level organisational skills, effective time management strategies
  • Solid experience with an ATS system.
  • Fine-tuned initiative and demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • An ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, an ethical, customer centric approach 
  • Flexible, forward thinking, enthusiastic, confident decision making
