Have you led a team of Talent Acquisition professionals? Do you want to be part of a team who are highly engaged and collaborative? Due to significant growth in the business, the Talent Acquisition team within the Department of Planning, Industry & Environment (DPIE) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will also be leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists providing leadership, feedback, development and coaching.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative and energetic recruitment manager with a high focus on customer service to lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. You will support the team to deliver creative sourcing solutions as well as manager a portfolio of senior executive positions.

This is a unique opportunity to partner with managers and executives across our diverse cluster to provide resourcing advice and solutions to attract the best possible talent to a wide variety of senior roles. Our team is focused on striving to be ‘a world class public service’ and customer service is at the forefront of everything our team stands for and is reflected in all our interactions with clients and candidates alike.

About You

The key to your success will hinge on your ability to identify and attract talent in a proactive and responsive way, whilst at the same time providing high level support and leadership to your team. Managing competing priorities and a high workload, in an ever-changing environment will be paramount to excel in this role.

You will have a demonstrated ability to take initiative, be innovative and think outside the box whilst also complying with NSW Government legislation. Your attention to detail will be of the highest level and you will also have a high aptitude to build credibility and trust with your clients through exceptional communication.

You will also have a proven track record of leading a collaborative and high performing team.
