JOB DESCRIPTION

The role


The successful candidate will play a critical role in the recruitment of internal colleagues. This includes responsibility for permanent internal hires within Adecco, Spring Professional & Adecco Group Corporate Functions.


Your key focus will be the proactive recruitment of core front office revenue generating roles (Recruitment Consultants, Branch Managers) however you will also recruit a variety of support roles within our corporate functions.


Key responsibilities 


  • Partner with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements & build proactive sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with hiring managers, colleagues, and the People & Culture team
  • Deliver an end to end recruitment process for hires at all levels including running briefing sessions with managers, applicant phone screenings, presenting a shortlist for hiring managers, candidate briefings and arranging interviews and feedback sessions
  • Direct sourcing of passive candidates, as well as maintaining active candidate pools
  • Ensure a great candidate experience for both our external and internal candidates, with regular updates on the progress of applications, interview briefings and regular feedback
  • Taking the lead with hiring managers, ensuring issues on delivery are dealt with appropriately and a suggested solution to mitigate risk is presented
  • Sharing external market and competitor information with hiring managers


Your background 



  • Experience recruiting permanent roles (ideally gained within a sales organisation)
  • Advanced level direct souring skills using LinkedIn recruiter and Boolean searches
  • Skilled at partnering with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies
  • The ability to communicate and influence at all levels
  • The ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions
  • Experience with digital candidate attraction campaigns
  • Taleo experience advantageous
