We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talent focused individual to join our Talent Acquisition team.


As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be an expert in supporting your Talent Acquisition Specialists source the best talent in the market by utilising a multitude of creative sourcing channels. You will be an expert in uncovering hidden talent, supporting your team to manage talent pools, providing superior customer service and talent management will be your strengths.


Supporting the team and coordinating senior executive recruitment processes (including organising interviews, conducting background checks and managing the candidate experience) as well as being an advocate for customer care is pivotal to your role.


This is a unique opportunity which enables you to identify opportunities to improve our talent resourcing strategies and assist with the development, review and update of recruitment policies, systems, processes and standard operating procedures to enhance our service delivery.


About You


To be successful in this role, you will be self-motivated with relevant experience in recruitment or human resources in a fast paced and at times volume driven environment. You will be an excellent communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong focus on customer service.


It is essential that you are driven to deliver quality support and relish the opportunity to work in a varied and interesting workplace with the opportunity to liaise with stakeholders in a variety of fields. Your flexible and positive attitude coupled with your ability to use initiative to pre-empt issues and put forward potential solutions will be pivotal to your success.
