The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will be recruiting nationally, predominantly in the White Collar industry, mostly permanent roles with some temps. Over and above recruitment, we offer HR Solutions, coupled with Candidate Career Resources. We work hard and deliver great client and candidate outcomes, making the match from both sides.

Whilst the role is primarily managing a warm desk with existing clients, you will always be looking for new opportunities for business growth.


We are looking for –
  • Someone with a proven & stable track record in permanent recruitment (Agency or generalist internal recruitment)
  • You will have excellent interviewing skills and the ability to identify the right fit candidates
  • You will be:

    • Self motivated & organised in your approach to work
    • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
    • Tech savvy (JobAdder experience highly advantageous)
