Full Job Description
In this role, you will support the HR administration and recruitment functions, while providing proactive ongoing engagement of employees and candidates. As a HR officer, you will be responsible for on-boarding and systems administration, as well as remaining open to ad hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordination and administration of HR processes including, but not limited to, on-boarding, off-boarding and employee relations;
Ability to maintain and update systems;
First line of response for employees; and
Payroll related queries.

Skills & experience:
2 Years’ experience in a similar role;
Developed administration and organisation skills;
Strong stakeholder management ability;
Ability to adapt to support changing business needs; and
Conscientious, with strong attention to detail.
