    Job Description

    Reporting to the HR Advisor you will:
    • maintain the policies and procedures for the organisation
    • collaborate with key stakeholders to update policies and procedures to ensure they align with legislative requirements as well as the vision, mission and values of the organisation
    • ensure that current policies and procedures are accessible to all staff members
    • review and develop standard operating procedures and guidance material
    • contribute to the development of education, communication and stakeholder engagement material and activities
    • carry out periodic review and audit of organisational policies and procedures


    The Successful Applicant

    To be considered for and successful in this role you will:
    • offer 3 - 5 + years experience in a similar / relevant role around policy and internal governance and compliance
    • arrive with an understanding of policies and their value and purpose, alongside procedural requirements
    • ideally offer a tertiary qualification in HR, Commerce or Business Law (or similar)
    • be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and standards
    • offer sophisticated written and verbal communication skills
    • be capable and able to demonstrate your capability to work independently and confidently
