    Job Description

    Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
    • Taking on the completion of the HRIS implementation (data entry / transition, creation of manuals & training documentation, live testing, ensuring content is relevant etc.) ready for go-live in April
    • Building the JDF register in conjunction with line managers
    • Managing 1-2 of the 5 HR in-boxes and handling all queries and concerns
    • Understanding and advising against relevant legislation including 5 awards currently in use
    • Recruitment administration (references, due diligence, scheduling, inductions, on-boarding), and support to recruitment processes as required
    • General HR administration (contracts, master data, leave balances, PD's etc.)
    • Support to ER and IR queries and case management
    • Document control and other compliance and governance type work
    • Support to HRBP as requested
    • Other project work as relevant


    The Successful Applicant

    To be considered for and successful in this role you will:
    • Be degree qualified with an HR specialisation
    • Offer foundational HR experience in an Administrator / Officer role
    • Have some experience with recruitment / recruitment administration (ideally)
    • Arrive with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
    • Be high-energy, approachable, confident and proactive
    • Officer ability to demonstrate achievements and history of 'adding value' in previous roles - potentially some project-based experience…you take initiative
    • Be driven to succeed, calm under pressure, have a strong work ethic, be resilient
    • Be someone who listens and wants to have a go - you're genuinely engaged with people, passion for improving culture
