    Job Description

    Reporting to the HR BP you will be responsible for:
    • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial workforce planning activities through to end of probation processes
    • Maintaining the recruitment database and talent pooling activities
    • Looking after external recruitment supplier relationships
    • Basic legislative and award/contract advice to workforce
    • Updating HR policies, procedures and processes (ongoing piece of work), mostly in the recruitment space to begin with
    • Organisational change and development project work
    • Support in the ER space for disciplinaries, performance and case management advice to line managers
    • Ongoing innovation against best use of technology and systems to improve recruitment and HR function and delivery of recruitment and HR-oriented programs
    • Contribution to office culture via organising events, awards and reward & recognition program

    The Successful Applicant

    To be considered for and successful in this role you will ideally:
    • Arrive with a degree qualification with HR specialisation
    • Offer solid foundational HR experience and technical skills, and ability to demonstrate understanding of HR principles
    • Have strong recruitment experience behind you (ideally both WC & BC behind you)
    • Be able to demonstrate success in smaller HR teams or SME; you are confident to work autonomously
    • Be able to demonstrate your achievements and have a history of 'adding value' in previous roles
    • Be someone social who values and enjoys building relationships, can influence others, offers excellent communication skills
    • Be flexible to 'go where you are needed' (even if sits outside of formal job scope)
