    Job Description

    Reporting to the HR Manager you will:
    • Complete technical recruitment - briefs, sourcing, candidate management, interview processes, due diligence, onboarding, inductions, visa requirements, probation processes, workforce planning (as relevant)
    • Create, introduce and implement an efficient, risk averse recruitment framework / process (that works for both agency-driven and internal hires)
    • Implement an applicant tracking system (ATS)
    • Provide visibility and reports on average time to hire, number of live roles, agency spend / ROI, etc.
    • Manage relationships and initial communication between line managers and agencies
    • Coordinate the hiring process from agency engagement through to candidate start (in conjunction with agency contact and line contact)
    • Absorb some of the more administrative / precursory / end of cycle functions from line (resume screening, candidate follow-up / candidate communication, confirmation of qualifications, receipt of references etc.)
    • Kick-start and manage company's online presence (LinkedIn, website, Glassdoor) for hiring purposes / advertising roles / company profile etc.
    • Launch internal programs to support hiring needs (referral incentives, secondments, internal promotions/moves etc.)
    • Build a service delivery matrix and relevant templates, against candidate experience (from application through to outcome)

    To be considered for and successful in this role you will:
    • Offer recruitment experience in the technical space, or have interest in that and the ability to learn (and learn quickly!)
    • Understand how to - and be confident to - work autonomously - you back yourself to make decisions
    • Be able to demonstrate achievements and history of 'adding value' in previous roles
